Quick Snap

Job done?

  • Watermarks record when and where a photo was taken, and whether it was shot live or imported from Photos
  • Logging an old job? It won’t default to where you are now
  • Free includes 1 photo per job, Pro up to 9

  • Keep discounts, allowances and deductions separate, each with a reason
  • Change a service later and past amounts stay as they were

Get Paid

See who still owes you, at a glance.

What’s outstanding and what’s overdue sit right at the top of Projects. The fuller the little pie, the more you’ve collected, and overdue money is one of the few things in red.

  • Split a job into several payments: deposit, progress, final
  • Payment dates and work dates are kept apart
  • Made a mistake? Add a correction. The original entry stays
  • Paid in full? The project gets a PAID stamp
GigWrap’s Projects tab: $9,148 outstanding, with North Shore B&B 6 days overdue
A project paid in full gets a PAID stamp: Weekend Market, $2,130
Timer

Start, pause and wrap up from the Lock Screen.

For hourly and day-rate jobs, just start the timer. It stays on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. Forgot to stop? Set it to 5, 10 or 30 minutes ago.

  • Paused time is taken out automatically
  • Wrap up and see what the job earned right away
  • Pro adds widgets and one-tap Start from Control Center
GigWrap’s Wrap Up sheet: Event Photography, 3 hr 30 min, $1,800 for this job, with end times of now or 5, 10 or 30 minutes ago
Stats & Schedule

Earned and received, counted separately.

Work income counts by work date and money received by payment date, so month-end adds up. Bars stack by service color, so you can see what each kind of work brought in.

  • Monthly and yearly totals, plus income share by service
  • Drafts and bookings don’t count as income
  • Bookings sit on a calendar, and you’re told ahead of time when two jobs overlap
GigWrap’s Stats tab: income this month, with bars stacked by service color
GigWrap’s Schedule: October, with colored lines under each day

FAQ

Questions you might have

Do I need an account?

No. Open the app and start logging. There’s no account and no sign-in.

Where is my data? What if I change phones?

Your records are stored on your phone. With iCloud Sync on (Pro), they sync only to your own iCloud. We have no servers and can’t see your data. You can also make a full backup before you switch and restore it on the new phone.

Does it work on iPad?

Yes. GigWrap runs on iPhone and iPad with iOS 18 or later. With iCloud Sync on, both devices share the same books.

Can a photo watermark be used as proof?

Watermarks record when and where a photo was taken, and whether it was shot live or imported from Photos, so you have a record for your own files. They’re only a record and don’t serve as proof of anything.

One-time purchase or yearly plan?

Same features. Buy once and it’s yours, or pick the yearly plan, which renews automatically and can be canceled anytime in Settings. Even after a refund, you can still view and export everything you’ve logged.

Can a small team use it?

Yes. Create a team book to log crew in batches, record advances and payments, and make a pay slip for each person. Free includes up to 3 active crew members. Crew details stay on your own devices and in your own iCloud. Places you log are for reference only and aren’t attendance records.
